Mail-In Welder Certification Test Kit – 1" Unlimited Thickness – AWS D1.1 – 1 Position

This complete kit prepares you for the AWS D1.1 Unlimited Thickness Welder Qualification Test from start to finish. It includes practice plates, the actual AWS code-compliant test plates, backing strip, step-by-step instructions, the applicable WPS, and an “Authorization to Test” sticker.

Once your weld is complete, simply mail the finished test specimen back to us with the "Authorization to Test" holographic sticker attached. It will be inspected and tested in our labs by a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). Upon successful completion, you will be issued an official, AWS D1.1-compliant Welder Qualification Record (WQR) that can be presented to your employer, school, or testing authority as proof of qualification.
